Cancellation Policy for Our Live Events

We totally get that sometimes plans change and you might need to adjust your sails. Here’s our super simple guide to what happens if you need to cancel for plans to attend a live event:

• More Than 30 Days Out: If you’re looking at your calendar and realize you need to cancel more than 30 days before the event, no worries at all! We’ve got you covered with a full refund. Or, if you’re already thinking about the next adventure, we can transfer your ticket to our next event. Just a heads up, this credit is good for 1 year after the date of purchase, so don’t let it gather dust!
• 30 Days or Less to Go: If the event is just around the corner (within 30 days), we can’t offer a refund, but we’ve still got some great options for you. You can either transfer your ticket to another one of our live events, or if you’re more of a digital explorer, you can swap your ticket for access to two of our future live streams. Remember, this credit is good for 1 year from the date of purchase, so make sure to use it.
