This Testimonial Release and Authorization (“Release”) applies to testimonials submitted to Traders Edge Network, including its brands, affiliates, employees, representatives, successors, and authorized service providers (“Company”).
I authorize the Company to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and create promotional materials from the testimonial and other content I submit, including my:
Written statements;
Name or approved display name;
Photograph, image, and likeness;
Voice, audio, and video recordings; and
Relevant biographical information I voluntarily provide.
The Company may use this content for advertising, marketing, educational, promotional, and commercial purposes in any media, including websites, emails, social media, online advertising, printed materials, presentations, webinars, and video advertisements.
This permission is worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive.
I authorize the Company to edit my testimonial for length, spelling, grammar, formatting, clarity, or technical quality, provided that the Company does not materially change the meaning of my statements.
The Company may combine my testimonial with disclosures, captions, graphics, product information, risk statements, or other explanatory material.
I confirm that:
My testimonial reflects my honest opinions and actual experience;
I have personally used or participated in the product, service, program, or event discussed;
My statements are accurate to the best of my knowledge;
I have not intentionally omitted information that would make my testimonial misleading; and
I will notify the Company if I later learn that a material statement I provided was inaccurate.
The Company may request reasonable documentation or additional information to verify statements concerning purchases, participation, account activity, trading results, income, savings, or other measurable outcomes.
I understand that my individual experience may not represent the experience of other customers and that the Company does not guarantee that others will achieve the same or similar results.
When my testimonial refers to trading, investment performance, financial results, income, account growth, or other measurable results, I authorize the Company to:
Verify the information I provided;
Add appropriate risk and results disclosures;
Provide context concerning the relevant time period, costs, risks, or circumstances; and
Decline to publish or discontinue using the testimonial if it cannot be adequately verified or presented lawfully.
I understand that trading and investing involve risk and that past performance does not guarantee future results.
Unless disclosed below or agreed to separately in writing, I confirm that I have not been promised or provided payment, discounts, free products, prizes, services, event access, or other benefits in exchange for giving a positive testimonial.

I understand that the Company may disclose any material relationship, compensation, or incentive connected to my testimonial.
I confirm that I have the right to submit the testimonial and accompanying content.
I will not knowingly submit content that:
Belongs to another person without permission;
Violates another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
Includes confidential or proprietary information that I am not authorized to disclose; or
Contains false, defamatory, or unlawful statements.
I retain ownership of my original content, but grant the Company the rights described in this Release.
Unless the Company and I enter into a separate written agreement, I understand that I will not receive royalties, additional compensation, approval rights, or payment based on the Company’s use of my testimonial.
The Company is not required to publish or continue using my testimonial.
I waive the right to inspect or approve the final formatting, placement, or presentation of my testimonial, provided its meaning is not materially changed.
To the extent permitted by law, I release the Company from claims arising from the authorized use of my testimonial, name, image, voice, or likeness, including claims involving rights of publicity, privacy, or approval.
This Release does not waive claims arising from the Company’s material alteration of my testimonial, unauthorized use outside this Release, or conduct that cannot legally be waived.
This authorization continues unless I revoke it by sending a written request to TheCrew@TradersEdgeNetwork.com.
Revocation applies to future uses after the Company has had a reasonable opportunity to process the request. It does not require the Company to recall, destroy, or remove materials that were already printed, published, distributed, licensed, or incorporated into completed advertising before the revocation was processed.
I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to this Release.
When submitting content on behalf of an organization, I confirm that I am authorized to grant these permissions on the organization’s behalf.
By checking the testimonial authorization box and typing my name on the submission form, I confirm that:
I have read and agree to this Release;
My electronic action is intended to serve as my signature; and
The Company may retain an electronic record of my acceptance, including my name, email address, submission date, timestamp, IP address, and the version of this Release I accepted.
This Release will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
